These terms describe the website and service framework of NutriTrain Dynamics LLC (“NTD”). Please read them with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy. A signed coaching agreement, accepted proposal, booking confirmation or checkout disclosure may contain additional terms for a particular service. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

1. Website use and enrollment

You may use this website to learn about NTD, explore coaching options and contact us. An application, inquiry, social follow or community request does not by itself create a paid coaching relationship, reserve an appointment or guarantee acceptance. Enrollment requires the applicable confirmation, agreement and payment arrangements. These website terms do not authorize a charge merely because you visited a page.

Provide accurate contact and enrollment information and tell us when information relevant to your service changes. You must have legal capacity to enter an agreement. A parent or guardian must contact us before seeking a service for a minor; availability, suitability and any required consent must be agreed separately.

2. What coaching covers

NTD’s services may include online coaching, appointment-based private coaching, nutrition education, recovery and mobility support, assessments and related educational resources. The scope, duration, delivery method, sessions, check-ins, communication access and included tools are those specified in the offer you accept. Descriptions of another package do not add services to your purchase.

General website content is educational. Fitness and wellness coaching does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, mental health care, or individualized services that require a separate professional license. A movement screen or readiness assessment is not a medical diagnosis or medical clearance. Nutrition support stays within the coach’s qualifications and the services lawfully available in the relevant location.

3. Participation and safety

Exercise and changes to routines can involve risks, including physical injury. Tell your coach about relevant limitations and changes in your ability to participate, and obtain advice from a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate. Follow agreed instructions, use suitable equipment and surroundings, and stop an activity if you feel unsafe or experience concerning symptoms. For an emergency, contact emergency services rather than wait for a coaching message.

You remain responsible for your day-to-day choices and for using reasonable judgment. NTD may modify, defer or decline an activity that is outside its scope or cannot be delivered safely. These terms do not waive rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.

4. Fees and purchase-specific terms

Before payment, your confirmed order identifies the selected service, total price and currency, any applicable tax or agreed additional fee, consultation credit, delivery method or location, and appointment or coaching dates. You receive only the services described for your selected offer. Additional services and costs require a separate agreement.

All current NTD coaching products are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Eight-week coaching is provided for the agreed term; any further coaching requires a separately agreed purchase. Continued visibility of an app account or resource does not extend paid coaching.

The paid USD 70 Discovery Consultation fee may be applied once toward Momentum 8, Transformation 8, Digital Coaching 8, Nutrition Coaching 8 or Complete Digital Transformation 8 after your coach confirms payment, prior credit use and enrollment timing. Confirm the credit before purchasing; it is not automatic. Other standalone service fees do not provide this credit.

5. Booking changes, cancellation and refunds

The NTD Booking, Cancellation, Pause & Refund Rules, version 2026.09.11, apply to new purchases after they are provided and accepted. See our Cancellation Policy for the appointment notice rule, package pause allowance, unused-service refund calculations and refund process. Your confirmed order identifies the service, price, delivery arrangement and dates to which those rules apply.

Existing purchases keep their agreed terms. Any mandatory cancellation or refund right takes priority. A website visit or application submission is not acceptance of a paid order, permission to charge, or enrollment in a subscription or trial. An app trial, course or community is included only if a separate identified offer expressly provides it.

6. Platform accounts and availability

We use our inquiry form to receive applications and service questions. Standard NTD coaching purchases, client onboarding and coaching delivery are managed through our coaching client system. A separately identified course or community, including Notes from Elio, has its own access requirements and does not automatically form part of an NTD coaching purchase. Access to one service does not include access to another unless your offer expressly says so.

Keep login credentials confidential, use your own authorized account and notify us if access appears compromised. Technical access requires a compatible device and internet connection. If a link, login or promised resource is unavailable, tell us so we can investigate and arrange a suitable next step. Third-party downtime does not remove any remedy you have under your agreement or applicable law.

7. Respectful participation

Use NTD’s website, messaging and community spaces lawfully and respectfully. Do not harass others, share their private information, impersonate another person, upload malicious content, interfere with systems, or distribute material you do not have the right to share. Community posts are not private coaching sessions and should not contain confidential health or payment information.

We may remove content or restrict access to address abuse, security concerns or serious violations. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Any effect on a paid service or refund must be considered under the applicable agreement and law; access restriction is not an automatic forfeiture of every prepaid amount.

8. Materials and client contributions

Unless stated otherwise, NTD’s original programs, written resources, photographs, videos, graphics and other materials belong to NTD or its licensors. A purchase gives you the personal use described in your offer; it does not transfer ownership or permit resale, public distribution, account sharing or commercial reuse. Ask for permission before reproducing material beyond the rights provided with it. Rights granted by law are unaffected.

You retain ownership of material you create and provide. You give NTD the permissions reasonably needed to review, store and use that material to deliver your requested service. Public use of an identifiable testimonial, progress image or personal story requires a separate permission or other lawful basis; submitting it for coaching is not a blanket marketing release.

9. Results and statements on the website

Progress depends on many factors, including starting point, consistency, health circumstances, recovery, environment and individual response. NTD does not promise a specific amount of weight loss, a particular appearance, a medical outcome or a fixed performance result. A genuine client example illustrates that person’s experience and does not guarantee the same outcome for everyone.

We aim to keep service descriptions accurate. If you notice a material error or conflicting information, ask us before purchasing. Changes to future offers will not remove services or protections already agreed with an existing client without an appropriate legal and contractual basis.

10. Responsibility and resolving concerns

NTD is responsible for delivering the services it agrees to provide, subject to the applicable agreement and law. You are responsible for accurate information, lawful use of the services and reasonable participation. These website terms do not create a blanket injury release, mandatory arbitration agreement, class-action waiver or unlimited obligation to indemnify NTD.

Nothing here excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited or removes non-waivable consumer remedies. Any service-specific limitation, risk acknowledgment or dispute provision must be considered in the actual agreement and under the law that applies to it. Mandatory rights in your jurisdiction remain available.

If something goes wrong, email us with your name, the relevant service, what happened and the outcome you are seeking. We will review the concern and discuss an appropriate resolution. You do not have to give up a regulator complaint, payment-provider process or other legal right in order to contact us.

11. Accessibility, communication and updates

If a disability or technical barrier prevents you from using a page, form or resource, contact us through the route in our Accessibility Statement. Coaching messages are handled within the communication arrangements for your service; the website and support inbox are not emergency or continuously monitored clinical services.

We may revise these terms for future website use or future offers. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes to an existing service will be handled through the applicable agreement and any required notice or consent. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
