NutriTrain Dynamics LLC (“NTD,” “we,” “us”) provides fitness, nutrition, recovery and wellness coaching. This policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit our website, contact us, apply for coaching or use services we arrange. It applies to NTD’s activities; a separate provider’s policy also applies when you use its website or app.
1. Information you provide
Depending on your interaction, information may include your name, email address, telephone number, general location, preferred contact method, application answers, appointment details, correspondence and records of the services you request. An inquiry does not require you to submit a complete medical history. Please provide only information relevant to your request.
2. Coaching and wellness information
If you become a client, you may share goals, exercise experience, habits, nutrition preferences, recovery information, limitations, relevant health considerations, measurements, progress photographs and check-in responses. The information requested depends on your service. These details can be sensitive. Use the designated client platform for coaching records and ask us before sending medical documents or highly sensitive information by ordinary email, social message or a public form.
Connecting a wearable or another app is a separate choice. Review the permissions shown by that provider. Disconnecting an integration may stop future transfers without deleting records already received; contact us about those records.
3. Payments and technical information
Payment providers process payment details through their own checkout systems. NTD may receive invoices, transaction references, payment status and billing contact information needed to administer your purchase. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords or banking credentials to our support inbox.
When you visit the site, the website platform can receive information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, referral information, approximate location derived from an IP address, and technical or security logs. Cookies and similar technologies are discussed below.

4. Purposes and relevant access
We use information relevant to responding to inquiries, assessing whether coaching is a suitable fit, arranging appointments, delivering agreed services, reviewing progress, managing accounts and payments, resolving support issues and maintaining business records. Information may also be used to protect accounts, prevent misuse, investigate complaints and comply with legal obligations.
Access to client information should be limited to the people and service providers who need it for their work. Providing a phone number or submitting an inquiry is not, by itself, consent to receive marketing texts or to publish your story.
5. Service providers and other disclosures
Our operating tools include Wix for the website; HoneyBook for inquiries and applicable custom-service proposals, agreements and payments; Trainerize for standard NTD coaching products, payments, onboarding and delivery; Google Workspace for business communications; and Quo for business telephone services. The free Notes from Elio community and any separately offered HeyElioG courses use Kajabi. They are separate from NTD coaching and have their own enrollment and platform context. Which providers handle your information depends on the services you actually use. An external platform account does not automatically enroll you in another NTD product.
Providers may process information to deliver their services to us and may separately process account, device, security or usage information under their own notices. Review their privacy policies and permissions before using them. Telephone interactions may involve voicemail or automated reception; ask about recording or transcription before sharing sensitive details. Any recording or other activity requiring notice or consent must follow applicable requirements.
Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with a legal obligation or valid legal process, investigate fraud or security incidents, protect people’s rights and safety, or obtain professional advice. If a business reorganization affects personal information, applicable notice, confidentiality and privacy requirements still apply. We may also disclose information when you specifically direct or authorize us to do so.
6. Cookies, linked services and public content
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Website functions can use cookies or similar storage for security, sessions, preferences and reliable operation. Analytics, advertising or embedded services can involve additional technologies when enabled. The active configuration and your choices determine which non-essential technologies operate; this policy is not a statement that every possible tracking feature is active.
Where a cookie preference control is offered, use it to review or change your choices. You can also manage cookies in your browser, although blocking essential storage may affect site functions. Where consent or an opt-out is required by law, those requirements apply. Contact us if you cannot find an available privacy control or want to ask about a specific technology.
Social links take you to independently operated platforms. Information you post publicly, including in a community, may be visible to other people and copied outside NTD’s control. Keep private coaching information out of public comments. Permission to use a testimonial, image or identifiable client story for promotion is separate from participation in coaching.

7. Your privacy requests
You can ask what personal information NTD holds about you, request a correction, request deletion, or ask about restricting a particular use. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may also have rights to receive a copy, portability, withdraw consent, object to processing, opt out of specified advertising or disclosures, or appeal a decision. We will assess requests under the applicable requirements rather than assume every right applies identically to every person.
Email support@nutritraindynamics.life with “Privacy request” in the subject and describe your request. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity or an authorized representative’s authority. Please do not email identification documents unless we arrange an appropriate method. We will explain any lawful limitation, additional information needed or applicable appeal route. You may also contact the appropriate privacy regulator.
8. Communications and retention
You may ask us to stop promotional communications or use the unsubscribe control in a promotional email when one is provided. Necessary service, security, billing and account messages may still be sent. Marketing preferences do not cancel a service or subscription; use the Cancellation Policy for that request.
Retention depends on the purpose and type of record, your service relationship, legal and accounting duties, dispute needs and the relevant provider’s retention arrangements. Deletion may be limited for records we must retain or need for an unresolved matter. Backup deletion can follow a separate cycle. Ask us about a particular record rather than assume that closing an app account immediately removes all business records.
9. Security, location and children
We aim to handle personal information with safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity. No website, email service or storage system can promise absolute security. Keep your credentials private and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. If an incident requires notice, applicable notification duties will govern our response.
NTD operates in the United States, and providers may process information in other locations. Data protections can differ by country. Where international transfer safeguards are legally required, they must be addressed for the relevant processing.
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Please do not submit a child’s information through public forms. A parent or guardian who believes a child supplied personal information should contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Any proposed coaching arrangement for a minor requires a separate suitability and consent process before enrollment.
10. Updates and questions
We may update this policy to reflect changes in services, tools or legal requirements. The date above identifies the version.
