Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in services provided by NutriTrain Dynamics. By scheduling, purchasing, or participating in any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

NutriTrain Dynamics operates under an exclusive 1-on-1 model with limited availability. Each scheduled session reserves time, preparation, and availability exclusively for the client.

Because of this model, scheduled session times are not interchangeable, transferable, or casually flexible. Commitment to scheduled sessions is a fundamental part of the coaching relationship.

Clients are responsible for their own physical condition, safety, and participation during sessions. Clients must disclose relevant injuries, medical conditions, limitations, or changes in health prior to sessions.

By participating, clients confirm they are physically capable of engaging in coaching activities and agree to communicate discomfort or concerns immediately.

Sessions are scheduled through approved platforms such as Vagaro or by direct agreement.

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals do not extend session duration. Missed time due to late arrival is forfeited and does not qualify for credits, refunds, or rescheduling.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any scheduled session.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. This includes same-day cancellations, last-minute schedule changes, or failure to attend a session.

NutriTrain Dynamics understands that genuine emergencies may occur. In rare and extraordinary circumstances, flexibility may be offered at the sole discretion of NutriTrain Dynamics.

Such considerations are not guaranteed, do not set precedent, and may not be extended repeatedly. Frequent last-minute changes, regardless of reason, may result in sessions being charged or the coaching relationship being reassessed.

Sessions shortened, paused, or ended early at the client’s request are considered fully rendered services.

Unused time does not roll over, transfer, or convert into credits.

Session packages are designed to support consistency and momentum. Packages must be used within the time frame communicated at the time of purchase.

Unused sessions do not roll over indefinitely. Packages will not be extended due to travel, scheduling conflicts, personal obligations, or changes in availability unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Requests to pause, delay, extend, or restructure packages are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

NutriTrain Dynamics reserves the right to decline such requests to maintain fairness, structure, and operational integrity across all clients. Repeated requests to modify agreed-upon terms may result in sessions being charged as scheduled.

All payments are processed through third-party platforms such as Vagaro. NutriTrain Dynamics does not store or process credit card information directly.

Services must be paid according to the terms presented at booking. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated solely at the discretion of NutriTrain Dynamics.

Remote coaching may involve third-party platforms, applications, or messaging tools. Clients are responsible for maintaining access to required technology.

NutriTrain Dynamics is not responsible for service disruptions caused by technical issues outside its control.

NutriTrain Dynamics values respectful, professional communication. Attempts to apply pressure, negotiate exceptions repeatedly, or bypass established policies may result in sessions being charged as scheduled.

Persistent boundary violations may lead to termination of the coaching relationship.

Individual results vary. NutriTrain Dynamics does not guarantee specific outcomes related to performance, appearance, health, or recovery.

Progress depends on multiple factors, including consistency, lifestyle, recovery, and individual capacity.

Information shared during sessions is treated with respect and confidentiality in accordance with the Privacy Policy. However, information shared is not considered protected medical records.

NutriTrain Dynamics reserves the right to discontinue services if policies are repeatedly disregarded or if the coaching relationship no longer aligns with mutual respect, structure, or expectations.

Unused sessions may be forfeited depending on the circumstances of termination.

All programs, materials, content, and branding are the intellectual property of NutriTrain Dynamics and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

NutriTrain Dynamics reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which NutriTrain Dynamics operates.
